5. Transfers outside the EU/EEA

Our hosting is in the EU. Some providers, such as our e-mail provider, are based in the United States. Such transfers rely on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework where the provider is certified, or on the European Commission’s Standard Contractual Clauses with supplementary measures.

You may request access to, correction or deletion of your personal data, restriction of or objection to its processing, and data portability. Write to [● privacy contact e-mail, e.g. [email protected]]; we answer within one month.

You may also lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority — in Finland the Data Protection Ombudsman (tietosuoja.fi) — or with the authority of your country of residence. [● add Turkish KVKK notice if Turkish entity processes data]

7. Security

Passwords are stored only as salted hashes; sessions and password links are random tokens of which we store only a hash. Access to the admin systems requires two-factor authentication, and administrative actions are logged.
